Scratch Night at the London Art Bar is an evening produced by Ella Rowdon and is designed to give writers and performers a platform to showcase new work.

In the centre of London we have made an accessible, vibrant space for artists to come together. Uniquly, we match performers and writers up together, which creates opportunity to network and develop new creative relationships as well as cultivating creativity!

As an audience member, scratch nights are a chance for you to see new exciting work, to meet the artists and share your feedback! 

​

For artists, they’re an accessible way for artists to try out new work on stage with the opportunity to get feedback from an audience. 

​

We welcome plays, screenplays, verbatim and adaptations. We ask that your chosen extract be no more than 15 minutes long, and that you have no more than 4 actors needed. Please note that you are passionate about who you would like to work with, you also have freedom to choose your own writer/performers.
